Smash & Dash is a fun, welcoming social cricket competition designed to give tamariki an easy and pressure-free way to try cricket. The focus is on participation, connection, and enjoyment in an inclusive environment where players can build confidence, learn new skills, and simply have a go.

The Willows Weekly Secondary School Cricket Competition is designed to keep girls engaged in cricket throughout their secondary school years by providing regular playing and coaching opportunities in a supportive environment. .

QBE Insurance Secondary School Girls Qualifying Cup

Canterbury Regional Tournament | 24–26 March 2026

The QBE Insurance Secondary School Girls Cricket Qualifying Cup is a Canterbury regional tournament for Year 9–13 girls, providing secondary schools with the opportunity to compete in a limited-overs knockout cricket competition.

Tournament summary:

Dates: 24–26 March 2026
Reserve Day: Friday 27 March (subject to change)
Venue: Hagley Park – Polo Grounds & Hospital Corner
Entry Fee: $200 per team (invoiced by CCA)

This tournament supports both competitive and participation pathways, ensuring opportunities for all girls to play, develop, and enjoy cricket at a regional level.
