T1 2022 Special Terms for Covid related Cancellations

In the event a lesson is cancelled by Learn to Surf we would i) Offer a catch up class at a later date in April / May. ii) If a catch up class can’t be offered or the student can’t attend the catch up then we would refund that class at a rate of $29 / class.

Student Related Cancellations If a student can’t attend a class due to having to self isolate due to a positive Covid test or being a close contact then we would offer a hire session, catch up class or refund (We would still require 24 hours notice of their absence, this would be strictly applied). If a student can’t attend a class due to non covid related reasons, eg, injury, other commitments or general illness then our usual policy of offering a hire session as a catch up would be offered provided 24 hours notice is given.

Refunds or catch ups must be applied for in writing before the 15th April.
