General Information
The 2023 Canterbury Secondary Schools Gymnastic championships (for all disciplines) will be based on the rules & regulations posted on the Gymnastics New Zealand Website.
The 2023 championships will run the same way as the NZ Secondary School events.
- Tier 1: NZSS Gymnastic Championship Event where competitive gymnastics pathway athletes compete for NZSS Championships alongside selected Gymnastics NZ Endorsed Qualifying events. These will be run alongside the Canterbury club championship events.
- Tier 2: NZSS Gymnastic Sports Cup where gymnastics can compete in multi-code event catering for novice and retired athletes. Competitive gymnastics pathway athletes may choose to compete a different gymnastic sport at this event.
