Basketball is played both on Wednesday afternoons as part of the Wednesday
interschool sports programme and on Friday nights.

New Zealand Championships: Premiership Zones:  
  Z4 Junior Boys & Girls - Venue to be advised 28 - 31 August
     
  Z4 "A" - Venue to be advised 31 August - 4 September
  Z4 "AA" - Venue to be advised 31 August - 4 September
 
  Finals "A" (Boys & Girls) - Venue to be advised 27 - 30 September
  Finals "AA" (Boys & Girls) - Venue to be advised 27 September - 2 October
 
Canterbury Girls Div. 1 Qualifying tournament at Cowles Stadium 28 April & 5 May

 Saturday Basketball for U17 and U 20 Boys is organised and administered by Canterbury Basketball.

Any student who plays in these competitions may not also play in Friday competitions without written dispensation from School Sport Canterbury.

Referee’s Training Clinic 2010

 

 Students are encouraged to attend this valuable officiating course.
 Attendance at all four sessions is required.  Students who complete the course, and have a subsequent satisfactory practical examination, will qualify as a Junior Referee, and will be registered with Basketball NZ.

 

The course will be limited to 20 students.
